They say they have stock of a product on the website when they don't You only find out they have a stock issue when you finally get hold of them after the promised delivery date is missed They do not communicate problems with the customer They promise to refund the money within 3 to 7 working days and miss the deadline despite the fact that they have been holding your money since ordering date My overall opinion is that they are dishonest, arrogant, *********** and possibly ********** as well given that they sell you a product that they don't have in stock or cannot get hold of to supply
