DionWired call center not Responding

i bought a Delonghi Coffee Machine on Black Friday My Payment cleared on the 25th from that time the only response i had was that my Order # ********** 19 has been processed i try to contact them on email no response phoned the call center no response.

Up Till now no one from Online management contact me about resolving the matter on Friday it stated on my account awaiting courier pickup DW ********** 28 But On Monday when i looked it was back on packing your goods
