DionWired advertise stock they don't have

I visited Dion Wired, Nicolway on three occasions to purchase a vacuum cleaner. Visit 1: I'm told they had run out of stock of bags for the Karcher-not that it had been discontinued. Visit 2: The following week: I'm told the Karcher model has been discontinued and they can't sell me the demo model because it's missing parts and can't be tested properly-but it's still being advertised on the shelf. Visit 3: Same, now discontinued Karcher sans parts, is still on the shelf; assistant informed me that parts were on on order for another customer-an offer I was never given. I asked about the smaller AEG displayed on the shelf-no stock. I asked why this was not indicated clearly to the customers and was told that AEG insist that all products are advertised even when out of stock. Two vacuum cleaners on the shelf cannot be purchased, but are advertised. False advertising, surely.
