Dionwired

I bought a Samsung fridge with a 10 year warranty on the compressor from Dionwired Montana. 4 years later the fridge stopped working and Samsung discovered that it was a factory problem with the compressor. Samsung wanted me to pay R22000 for a new fridge because the fridge was irreparable. Dionwired promised to assist fight on my behalf as I bought the fridge from them. Shortly there after I was told they were not going to assist me anymore and I should come collect it. To date I don't have a fridge and Dionwired Montana has disappeared off Montana. Customers must just know Dionwired will not assist you if a product you bought from them is faulty and stops working. Customers must know you are on you own.
