Dion Worst Company Wired

Probably the worst service of the lot. Bought a Smeg washing machine from them and they only delivered one month after. Now that the machine if broken down, no one gets back to me about repairs. Ive tried phoning the grove mall branch but no one answers phones there. Ive reached out to social media and MJ told me that someone will contact me within 2 to 3 days. 3 days have passed and nothing has happended. Ive reached out to the chat function and no one has gotten back to me. What am i to do for help from Dion Wired. If no one gets back to me, i will load this machine and dump it right in the doorway of the grove mall branch. And it will stay there until someone helps me. Worst company service in South Africa
