Dion Wired - warranty problem

I purchaced a Nutribullet 900 at Dion Wired on the 8/05/2019 at Dion Wired Tokai branch who subsequently has closed. A month ago the machine started to smoke while using it. I mailed the customer service on their website and tried to phone them but no response. I would like them to replace of fix my Nutribullet as it carries a 2 year warranty.
