To the owner, CEO, or any executive member of Dion Wired

I love, Dion Wired. Dion Wired has always been an electronic store that prides itself on exhibiting the very best, in a way that looks and feel very premium. I have always enjoyed browsing, shopping and spending some time in your shop. But lately, there has been something different about your store, specifically your Tygervalley branch here in Cape Town. I have noticed that the store is, empty, and lacks the 'attractiveness' it use to have. And I think I know why:

For my past few visits, I was looking to buy a fridge, Macbook and possibly a new TV. I would find myself standing on the showroom floor, but there was no-one to help me. Don't misunderstand me, there were plenty employees, but they could not see me, because they were all on their mobile phones. Playing games, texting and so on.

The other day, I was in the store again, and one of the employees actually saw me, but immediately looked down again and continued to work/play on his mobile phone.

Today again I visited the store, and all the employees on the showroom floor were on their mobile phones. And I though by myself: when did it became acceptable for a paid employee, to use his/her personal phone when he/she should be working. And it struck me, that is what changed - people are no longer buying from your store, because there is no-one to help. As a customer, I want to feel that my presence, and support is valued, especially in a time when I could walk around the corner and take my business elsewhere.

I really hope that I can return to a store where customer experience is top notch. And I really hope that you can help us, customers, to have a better experience when we enter your stores.
