Dion Wired terrible terrible account system and not service!! :(

I AM CRYING FOR HELP FROM THIS COMPANY CALLED DION WIRED!! I have been trying for over a year to get a statement for my account out of them, every month i just pay and pay and pay, dont know what i am paying as i dont know if my account is paid up or what is going on in my account! We have called a million times...the call gets cut off every time when you select !! We have gone to Game, Macro name it to get help, STILL NO HELP!! How can i pay anything without an account of statement!! USELESS I CANT TAKE IT ANYORE.... RCS, MACRO, GAME..... NOBODY CAN HELP!! So i decide this month i am not going to make a payment so that they can call me before they hand me over and guess what, we get an sms saying you will be black listed, make a payment or call ***.... try call that useless no! NO WONDER THEY ARE CLOSED DOWN, I CAN BELIEVE IT!!!

CAN SOMEBODY ASSIST ME PLEASE I AM BEGGING!! I NEED A DETAILED STATEMENT OF MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!
