Dion Wired Somerset lack of service & integrity

I was in the market to buy a printer/scanner for one of our senior directors that is living in the Cape Area. I found that there was a Dion Wired in Somerset and called them arranging that I will EFT the money for a specific printer and then send them the proof of payment. When a friend of mine went with this senior director to Dion Wired they said that they have not received the money as yet (4 days after payment was made) and we need to pay the amount for the printer and once the EFT is received they will refund us the money.

After many weeks back and forth with Dion Wired Somerset we still haven't received a refund!
