<p>A big thanks to eastrand mall personell, Mr wiseman whom i contacted when i wasnt sure if my whirlpool applience was in working order or was it me who could not operate it, he adviced that i rush in the store so they could register my complaint, on the 7 of october we visited the store, met our sales consultant who immediately gave us his cellphone number so in future we get hold of him should we have any queries, the store then registered our complaint, we given the contact details of whirlpool as well, a big shout our to Mr PREGGY our sales consultant who was willing to go an extra mile making sure that he followed up on us, making sure we felt like family, a visit to Eastrand mall is also a visit to Dion wired, and always being taken around the store on their new stock as if we r 1st time customers, even thou in the end (24hrs later)there was nothing wrong with my whirlpool product, the technicians who did a home visit showed me how to operate and care for it.
