Dion Wired - Order paid, no contact since.

I phoned on the 23/11 two stores to confirm I can purchase the stove in store. Got to the store, on the 24th, nope, you have to buy it online. I ordered, and paid for the online order. The system (Dion Wired) force you to have the item delivered (and change you for it regardless if you want it delivered of not). They don't delver in my area and the online support lady was very rude. In the end I had to use my husbands business address for the delivery. I have not heard from them since. I phoned yesterday afternoon and today, the phone rings and no once answers. EVEN THE COMPLAINTS LINE NR does not work. I tried calling and e-mailing and have not had any response. DO NOT do online business with them ever.
