Dion Wired online - never again

I placed an online order for a printer on the 23/02/2018. I contacted the call center after about 7 days to confirm delivery and was told that all is in order. Despite Dion Wired PROMISE of 7-10 day for delivery I m still waiting. I phoned the contact center again today and was told that there was a problem with the store sending the stock and that it had still not been dispatched! This is just unacceptable service! Fortunately the guy that I spoke to was quite professional and is trying to sort the problem out. But in the mean time I am still waiting.... This is the first & last time that I will be ordering with Dion Wired.
