Dion Wired not keeping to delivery promise

Hi. I pre-ordered the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 on 22 August 2019, The phone is due to be released on 27 August and I was promised delivery by the 27 August. It is now the 28 August and I still have not received my phone. I keep calling the call centre and the call centre agents keep promising to call back but none of them do. Nobody can tell me when my phone will be delivered. What's the point of pre-ordering the phone if I can't get it on the launch date?
