Dion Wired - no responsibility
Good day,

I am Elene Jacobs the financial officer of Midstream Hill Home Owner Association.
We purchased a Nikon Coolpix camera on 28-01-2015 at Dion Wired Centurion.
On Friday 24-07-15 we took the camera to Dion Wired because it just stopped working.
Customer Service told Guy (the person working with the camera) to take it to Nikon self as it is going to take longer if he leave it with them.

The camera is still under guarantee and 6 months old.

In one of the other estates we bought the same type of camera and it is already giving problems as well.

Under the consumer protection act this camera may be replaced or refunded we should at least get the option???

If feels like Dion is passing on their responsibilities and not honoring their company values.
