DION WIRED - NO DELIVERY

I order and paid for an Ice making machine as a gift for my husband on Friday 27th Nov 2015. I have called Dion wired only to be told the delivery is in process and I must call Dawn WIng couriers. I called Dawn Wing to be told they can not trace my delivery.<br> After numerous telephone calls to Dion and Dawn Wing - still no delivery. They took the payment BUT no delivery. My order number at Dion *** and Tracking number at Dawn WIng DW***.<br> I wonder if I will get the delivery before Xmas next year????
