dion wired lies

guys be carefull when dealing with Mr ponasen mather at head office of dion wired .I spoke to this gentleman regard in a lg 17 kg washing .I was told the price was R5499 and transport being R399 to my residence .I asked him if it was on speacial and was assured that's the price I should just go to a dion wired and pay and it will be delivered to my door .I got all the emails regarding our conversations when I arrive at the store in mall of the south and speak to the manager he calls Mr pather and they chat like I don't exist and sais it's R6999 and they try to get rid of me like take it or leave it .then I complain to the manager they reduce it a bit like they are doing me a favor .be cautious this has not only happen to me .so I go home waiting my precious time , petrol ect .and chatting to my btother in law and he sais dont think u are the only one .he bought goods for close to R25000 when the goods arrive his story begins .it's a long one but same as me they give him the don't care attiude until he treatened a laws suit.then they assist him .ok from my side a person is only as good as their word and to meMr pather does not know what that means .the staff do the same at dion wired and they bow to what he sais and hence treats us the customer bad .what happens to good customer service .a very sad customer and I will never ever buy anything ar dion wired .
