Dion wired Kolonnade just passing the buck

Purchased a samsung sound bar a year ago. Product was stored (in the still sealed box, even the slip was kept) until a week ago. When opened, there were no power supply, cables or even an user manual. Went to Dion wired Kolonnade (where the item was bought), and was told by Marius (the manager), "sorry, you will have to buy the items missing from the box because you took to long before opening the box"

So much for trusting the store to sell a product with all components included in the box. Dion wired just lost another customer.
