Dion Wired Gateway sold us a broken tablet and fails to assist as well as poor customer service.
<p>We bought a tablet for my nephews birthday on the 12th of November. When we purchased this tablet nobody in store opened the box or tested this item to ensure that the product was working. Child opened the gift on his birthday which was on the 21st and to be so dissapointed that the tablet wasnt working. We took the tablet back on that same day. Repairs take 14 to 21days but we had no feedback. We had to call back on the 23rd day to enquire. We spoke to Someone there named Rebecca who at 1st said that they will credit us, there after said she will replace and now they are telling us to pay R750.00. i Decided to speak to the Manager (Rishi Naidoo) thinking I could finally get some comfort but he says that he cant do anything, 1. Sold Item sealed in box without testing or showing me that it has no physical damage. 2. Not fixing the repair within their time period. 3. Missleading in that they gave us 3 different ways in solving the problem. But most important My family and I always supported Dion Wired and this will be the last and I urge everybody not to support this. This is ****************. Childs Birthday was the 21st November today is 30th December. Imagine the disapointement that its after chridtmas and the child has no tablet. I will be taking this futher.
