Dion Wired ********** 12 Months Payment Plan

I have an account with you guys. In June 2017 I made a purchase of an item that was 14999 cash price. One of your salesmen asked me how long I wanted to pay it off and I said 12 months. Now I hear the term revolving plan being thrown around when I call your poorly trained customer care for enquiries. Why was I **** to by your salesmen and only now they care to apologize and still have the nerve to ask if I wanna settle the account that is way overpriced. I chose to pay the account on a fixed 12 month contract which was activated in my presence. No such thing as a revolving plan was sold to me.

The store concerned is in Cavendish Square , Claremont, Cape Town. I am now waiting for the last installment to go off in June. Thereafter, I will reverse all debit orders and take you guys to small claims court. Furthermore, I am going to about you guys and broadcast this everywhere possible. I want to see this matter sorted out urgently and have everything as was supposed to. I am strongly disappointed in you guys for *********** your valued customers.
