Dion Wired Faulty LG TV

I bought a 55" Ultra 4K LED TV at Dion Wired and was very happy with the TV until it developed a spot near the centreof the TV, obviously a group of LED decided to die, but luckily for me the TV is still new and under guarantee. My problem has been to actually get the problem fixed, as I have been to the store on 2 occasions to log the fault but it seems that this was never done. I was promised by the person at Dion Wired that LG agent would also contact me to fixed the problem, well its almost a month and I am still holding my breath. It's really sad that someone has to complain online to try and get a response nowadays.
