Dion Wired - False Advertising Samsung Repairs

Dion Wired claims/advertise that their stores are now fully equipped to fix Samsung phones on the spot. This is just, plain and simple, false advertising. Went to the Tyger Valley shop, and although they had the advert right next to they service center, they assured me that they are not able to fix Samsung phones, as they do not have a technician working at the shop. They recommended I try the Canal Walk shop. Went there 4 times now, and although they claim to do it, the technician was "not in" on any of the four occasions, and no one was able to help with pricing or anything else.

This is for an Samsung Galaxy S8 phone, which is quite a new phone, so it's not as if the part are not manufactured anymore.

Please, either help people with their phones or stop the false advertising.

Company did respond, and it seems to have been a misunderstanding. The promised to phone me back today, after receiving the parts to fix my phone. I will update this post and rating, after I see if they deliver on their promise or not.

Phone was fixed after this complaint. Service was great, just a shame I had to log a complaint to get things going. If Dion Wired's support can always be like this, my rating will be at 5/5. thanks
