Dion Wired Failed Delivery

On purchasing an appliance from Dion Wired, Sandton, it was confirmed that delivery would be on Tuesday 18 December...after waiting all day, and with much difficulty getting through to the store as there is only a mobile number - which went to voicemail, we were told that the warehouse was waiting for drivers. Alas, here we are a day later, at my own prompting and calling (after eventually getting through on the mobile number that had gone to voicemail all morning), only to be told that they are still waiting for the drivers to arrive. I am struggling to believe that a major store part of Masstores do not have reliable drivers and delivery services. Maybe I'll get my oven in time for Christmas lunch...who knows?
