Dion Wired - Dont be FOOLED!
<p>So purchasing an extended warranty contract with Dion Wired comes with a whole lot of IFs and WHYs in the fine print which no-one informs you about at the time of purchase. Highly annoyed after my call with yet another one of their managers. My contract clearly shows the item is being covered however this is being contested by Dion Wired. And still no attempt is being made to satisfy the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>If you received this, would you think that you are not being covered for any of these items???????????????</p>
We are in receipt of your re-occurring call and wish to advise that this is the feedback received from the store and Extended Warrant.
'The copy of the contract clearly indicates that the customers husband on said day only paid for the DSTV explora'. The insurance will therefore to pay for a repair which was not under the warranty.
