Dion Wired doesn't want to close my account

Hi, I had an account with Dion Wired for few years. On the 14 June I wanted to use my card and I was told that my account is blocked as I owe them R0,64. I then went back to Makro on Sunday 17 June to pay-up my account, R0,64, and close the account. I was told that the account will be closed and that someone, maybe a manager I don't know, will call me at a later stage to assist me in closing the account. In July I got a SMS that I now owe R52, I called them again and the person I spoke to, he was an Indian guy, told me that he can see on the system that i closed the account on the 17 July, he then said to me that his supervisor will either call me or send me email to confirm that the account is closed. To my surprise i still received SMS in August and another one in September, this time i owe R185. O also called them again last week either on the 10 or 11 September but still my account is not closed. Already my account is sitting at R185. Will i ever get this account cancelled mara?
