DION WIRED CANAL WALK WARRANTY - ****!!!!!

Bought a whirlpool hob with the extended warranty from dion wired canal walk. The hob stopped working and ofcourse I registered a claim ad that's what the extended warranty is for. I registered the claim on the 23 of August 2019 to this day I am yet to have a answer as to when my hob will be repaired absolutely shocking sevice DONT BUY FROM DION WIRED and if you do their extended warranties are useless and nothing shirt of a ****!!!!!!!
