Dion Wired Buy and Get Offers are Useless

I purchased a Samsung machine with the promise of a R4000 Buy and Get reward voucher. They could not issue the voucher, and it has been going on for 6 weeks. I demanded to return the item, they have refused on the grounds of the item is used. The promise of a voucher was not honoured. Samsung themselves cannot assist me. I cannot wait any longer as I needed to use the voucher in December, as promised, now I am going back to an area where there is no Mr D Food, so the voucher is useless to me.
