DION WIRED @ SOMERSET MALL - *****!!

<p>My dad opened an account at Dion Wired, Somerset mall over an weekend when he was home last year around July (he works away from home and comes home for a weekend each month). As he wasn't home he could not go fetch his Dion Wired card he app**** for and no one else but him can collect it according to RCS Staff at the shop. The next month he was home he went to the store to get his card and they just pulled up their shoulders and rep**** with a "sorry sir we have no card for you in our file".</p> <p>We told that they can cancel it if we get no card. A few days later my dad received an sms saying thank you for the purchase etc. (we have no card, he is not even in town) </p> <p>We contacted the store and they confirmed that your ID must be shown when something is being bought on account and you must sighn when fetching a card. So it was confirmed, in store *****!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>We have received a lot of phone calls and now a letter from Blake & Associates stating that we must pay etc etc. They have emails with police affidavids confirming the situation, but seem to just ignore it.</p> <p> </p> <p>No one is in any position to help us get this cleared up and thanks to these people we are getting a bad payer name!</p> <p> </p> <p>NEVER EVER EVER BUY AT SOMERSET MALL DION WIRED ON YOUR ACCOUNT OR EVEN OPEN AN ACCOUNT THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! </p>
