Dion Wire horrible salesperson

I was very dissatisfied with your salesperson at the Mall of Africa store. We decided to purchase a dishwasher from the Dion Wired at the Mall of Africa store as we had purchased our washing machine from the same store. After much discussion we decided to go ahead with the purchase only to be informed of a R400 delivery fee. We then asked what our options were and were informed that there weren't any options as stock was not held at the store, after doing some research we, as your customers, came up with three options: - We fetch the dishwasher ourselves: Your sales person advised that it would take 7 days for the dishwasher to arrive at the store, and we couldn't pick it up from anywhere else. -Open a Dion Wired account which has free delivery: Your salesperson strongly discouraged this option using interest as an excuse. -We purchase the dishwasher online as the delivery fee was R200, instead of R400.

I would have expected a lot more from a premium brand like Dion Wired. The fact that you make it so difficult to do business with is ridiculous. I fully expect to see Massmart pulling out soon and closing Dion Wired if this is the level of service customers can expect.
