i bought a universal laptop charger from Dion Wired in Blue route end of last year. lo and behold it is so badly put together, that all the attachment come lose at any time on dares to move the laptop, so most of the time there is not charge happening because the fittings have come out....<br> i took the faulty charger back to Dion Wired on Monday to ask for a replacement, as a charger that is so defective, is of no use to anyone...especially with ESKOM outages we have to make sure everything charged before electricity bombs.<br> Dion wireds solution to my problem with THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT? \Give it back to us for a couple of days to see what the problem is. In the meantime we will NOTdo an exchange and we do not give out loan chargers whilst we are checking our defective products. How you then manage to charge your laptop is your problem - we can't help you with that....or u can buy another charger and we will credit you once we have checked the defective item. Don't know how long that will take!"<br> So to anyone out there thinking Dion wired is a good bet - NO NO NO. Worst after sales service ever - not a good deal at all. Pay a few rand more at any other store"
