DELL INTEL CORE I5 Purchased from Dionwired on 27 November 2017. Paid by Mastercard. Still waiting for purchase to be delivered.

On 27 November 2017 I bought a DELL INTEL CORE I5 NB from Dionwired online. I payed for the purchase made online with my Credit Card. The amount was processed By PayU and the full amount WAS DEDUCTED from my Credit Card. Up to now 13 December 2017 I am still waiting for my order from Dionwired to be delivered. Did phone their support number (0 ********** 323) with no success. Don't even answer the phone. I also sent 2 emails to ********** Dionwired didn't even bother to email me back. Also logged onto my account to see if I cannot track my purchase but unfortunately Dionwired doesn't have that option. Will be on leave soon and desperately need my laptop to be delivered as soon as possible.
