Delivery or should I say, Non-Delivery of Purchased items

I went and purchased items on Friday (24 November 2017) at the Dionwired store in Canal Walk. I paid for everything and even for the delivery. I was asked when I would have loved to receive my items and I gave them the date of 25th November 2017 seeing that everything I bought was in stock. Today is the 27th of November 2017. I am still waiting on my items. I have not received not a single call from anyone to tell me what is happening with my items and it's delivery. I tried contacting the store a couple of times but it was all in vain. No1 answered my calls. I told the store assistant in charger In charge of delivery that I would like my stuff on a weekend as we will be home. I have had to not go to work today because I am waiting for my items and do not want them to arrive with no1 at home. It's almost 2pm now and there is still nothing from them. I am very disappointed with this issue and if nothing gets delivered by the end of today. I want my refund and they can keep all their products. I'll go look for them at another store.
