Absolutely livid!

I app**** for a Dion Wired card and the application was successful. I then proceeded to buy a laptop. My instalment of R1 091.00 was due on 1 October 2018. On 29 September 2018, I went to Dion Wired in Century City and made my monthly payment of R1 1000-00. However, today, a debit order of R1 091-00 goes off my cheque account!!

I will be delighted if you could show me when/where I ever stated that I want my instalment to be paid via debit order?! I do not do debit orders!

I want the debit order amount (R1 091-00) to be returned to my account this week! I will be waiting for an e-mail requesting my banking details and confirming receipt of the payments made.
