Damage goods and bad attitude by staff

On da 20/07/2015 I bought a CD at Doin-Wired at Galleria Mall Amanzimtoti for R300.00 . Apperantly the CD is not working due to scratches . I went they today to complain I first spoke to lady who worked at service dept she was not interested in my complain I asked for manager then store manager came her name is Amanda she was also not bothed what I said she said well it too late you should have brought the CD same day sorry. Nobody is feeling for me as I spent R300 for this item. I'm expecting at least please bring in that CD we will have a look at it maybe it your game or something, but no we as Doinwired not interested in wat you saying you lost your R300 sorry
