**** service from Dion

I've never had such terrible service from a company I though was reputable!!I bought a double door LG refrigerator that cost me R25 000.00,when we bought the fridge we were never informed about getting someone to install the water filter,my husband tried to install the filter himself but then the parts we had that came with the fridge were too big to fit the pipe in our fridge,when we spoke to a guy called Thabang from the store about this,all he said was that we had to get someone to do this at an extra cost of R1250.00 and that they had an in-house installer that I could use,i then argued that as their customer they had to at least bring down this price as we were inconvenienced by all this,had we been informed prior to buying,we definitely would not have bought the fridge,all he said was he could not reduce the price and that was it!!! How hostile after having paid so much!
