Continued pathetic service

<p>Hi, I am glad to see that the managers at both stores contacted me to resolve the problem. I told the one manager that another cordless phone was given in some time in December as it was not working so they took it in for repairs. He said that they would follow up on the matter and respond to me. I got a call today to collect the units so I went to the store to collect them. At the store they said that they were repaired and working fine. When I got home the phones still had the same problem. I honestly don’t know how your store can give such pathetic service even after I wrote complaints about service. Please give this your immediate attention as I am disgusted with the service from Dion Wired once again.</p>
