Complete lack of assistance on returns

To be very clear this is the second post on extremely terrible service from Dion Wired in Woodlands Boulevard, especially from the "management" team.

I have purchased an Asus core i7 PC from Dion Wired at the Woodlands Boulevard branch in Pretoria, the PC consistently and persistently gave the same hardware problem. The PC has been sent to Incredible Solutions by Dion Wired three times. On my second visit to the store for the same problem the manager explicitly told me that they will replace the after the PC gives the same problem for the third time. Now that the problem persisted and it is with Dion for the third time, the refuse to give me a replacement.

After my first post on hellopeter, Dion Wired Woodlands did contact me to say that they will send the PC to Asus to look into a replacement. But that was quite a while ago and I have heard nothing again.

At the moment I am without a PC. I am studying my Masters at a leading University and working at a major South African financial institution. My studies and work consists largely of programming. Solely because of Dion Wired's pathetic service I am unable to do any of my work.

I would STRONGLY advice anyone who utilises a PC for professional purposes to avoid Dion Wired at all costs. My experience was, as soon as Dion Wired takes your money for your purchase, they do everything in their power to be as little help possible when you run into problems.

DION WIRED WOODLANDS HAS COST ME IRREPLACEABLE TIME IN MY WORK AND STUDIES. Personally I will never buy from them again, and being a professional in Machine Learning I would advice you to consider alternative providers.
