Collection fees charged on a settled/closed account

<p>I'm charged collection fees or legal fees on an account which has been closed. It's been 3 months since I've been asking them to reverse this and they promise to do so but nothing is being done. I would like to take this matter to the Ombudsman because this is totally against NCR regulations. I'm getting calls from their call centre requesting me to pay those collection fees which is quite annoying. I was even threatened that they were going to blacklist me at ITC if I don't pay those collection fees. </p>
