Changing debit order to gain more interest

When i opened a account by them in deon wired @ Greenstone Mall the salesperson at the till asked me how many mouths should the installments be i said 12. the first month no installments was taken the second month no installments was taken, i had to go to the store to make a payment. after that i phoned the accounts department frustrated that thy doe not take off the debit order, the lady on the phone set the debit order right. first few months every thing was OK installments was +-R1300 then it was changed to R590, R560, R530, R410, R370, R340, Phoned there accounts department and complained about this,it would be sorted out thy said. then my payments was +-R700, R1088, R340, R280, R270, R260, R250, R240, till now I was sepposed to pay this account off in a year it will be going on 3 years and every month thy just add interest, why do i have to pay interest on there *********** workers i'm not speaking to a another idiot on a telephone. i know there should a setting on the computer that will show how many months it should be deducted, yours probably has a extra setting "***** him over".

Hopefully this gets out to other possible customers so that thy know how thy will be cheated.
