Cannot return items purchased

<p>I bought a new Dell SE2416 monitor and was told by the salesman that it was LED. But it is LCD old stock. It does not work well with my old PC. In terms of the Consumer Act I can return it if it is not damaged. I was told that you do not return goods once opened. This must goto the Equality Court.</p>
