Cancelling Dion Wired account

I have been holding on the phone for 45 minutes, and no one pickups the phone. I have send a email to ********** and ********** and don't get any feedback regarding my account cancellation.

Are there any other way to cancel Dion Wired ?

This is very poor service !!!!!!!!
