Can't help with warranty swap out

<p>Hi</p> <p>My friend won dion wired blackweb tablet from competition and gave it to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The tablet stopped working yesterday ,so I wont to tygervalley store to see if they can help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>They said I need invoice or date purchased ,they was not even willing to scan it in I have original box it!</p> <p> </p> <p>Unsure what to do now ,the competition website does not have invoice and store also does not want to help me!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
