Calls on behalf of Dion Wired

I received a call from someone on behalf of the store 2 months ago as I was struggling to pay my monthly installments and I was honest with them as to why I can’t pay. The lady was colored and said she can offer me a rehabilitations program I wasn’t comfy with giving my personal details over the phone but she said that’s the only option so I did. She said it’s for 3 months and it’s going to be R720 so the first month I paid at the store cash and the 2nd month there was a debit order of the agreed amount. Now yesterday during the day I received a call from “Callstandard Richards Kaart” ‭***‬ I could speak because they force people to talk when it’s not the right time I hang up, today they calling me at night 7:45pm the lady didn’t introduce herself. She wanted to give me the rehab plan and she was very arrogant saying my score is at a negative at the credit berau the system doesn’t have record of me paying, I started asking myself if i am ****med or if she’s the ****, I told her am already on 1 she said the rehabilitation program and she said, “ohhhh okay...” and hang-up without saying goodbye. What is actually happening here because I can’t be told by a lady that is from Dion Wired that she can’t see my payments while she is from there and doesn’t even know I am on the rehab plan...
