Call center - no answer / Email - no answer / Delivery - what delivery?

Purchased goods from the online store on the 24th of November, the order was on hold for 3 days and has been "Processed" for 7 days. When i try contact the call centre, the call drops before speaking to anyone. Emailing their online store support results in no response.

posting on social media solicited a response of "give us your order number and we will contact you" .... no one contacted. HelloPeter will probably be the same, but at least their business rating goes down even further.

Just avoid this place.
