Buying from China Mall a better option.

<p>We bought a wireless music system for my daughter from Dion Wired with a year guarantee. The system then stopped working within the guarantee period and was replaced in March this year. (Reference: ********** 9 - Rina Taute). The second system that was provided to us then gave the same problem, approximately nine months later. Irene Thekiso then advised me that the second item was not covered by the guarantee as same was supp**** directly by the supplier. This is in so many ways wrong! I bought the item through Dion Wired and not the supplier and it was then replaced by Dion Wired. The agreement between Dion Wired and the supplier has nothing to do with me. Irene Thekiso told me that I must be happy that the system worked for approximately eight months!!! Can you belief it!!! I could have bought a much cheaper system from China Mall used it for a year and then bought a new one again. No I decided to bought it from a reputable company for ten times more so that if their is any problems with the item same will be resolved. I cannot believe this is happening. They are trying every trick in the book not to take responsiblity for a defective system, second time around!!! I will not let this go. I am demanding a refund!!!</p>
