Broken samsung washer dryer

Almost 3 years ago I baught a brand new samsung diamond drum washer/dryer. I baught it the very same day that I opened my dion wired acount, cause I baught it on account. I even took out the extended warrenty on all other part of the washer/dryer. After about half a year me and my wife moved. Unfortunately during the move I lost a lot of paperwork and the extended warrenty was one of them. After 3 months in the new house I tryied drying my clothes again one day and then for some reason the dryers didn't work gave me some E37 error or something of that sort, I then went back to the store and asked for assistance but they just said they can't help and they didn't even attempt to look on the system to try help me. Now it has been a year and a half that past already and my dryer is stil not working and I'm now tired of not able to use my dryer to dry my clothes. I don't know what to do anymore.
