Broken LG TV

We purchased a LG 65 inch TV end of July last, in January this year while watching the TV suddenly got a black screen. We tried to switch it back on but the red light underneath will blink three times and no screen ever came back, we reported this matter to Dion wired who took ages to respond. Eventually sometime in February this year we got a call from LG saying they are sending a technician. The technician came and checked the TV and he told us that the parts for the TV are now out of circulation, LG recommended for a replacement with the model that replaced our model but when we tried addresses this to Dion Wired Hyde Park a man by the name of Vincent Mseka (they said he is Sales Manager) who is rude and doesn't even try and listen to a customer, constantly trying to speak over you, objected to the recommendations by LG for a replacement TV saying that we should get a refund. You sell a TV that dies then 7 months later you want a customer to get a refund because you dont want to replace the unit. If Iwanted money I would not have bought a TV. Dion Wired have the worst customer service, I have no idea why Dion Wired would have survived this market if they keep people like Vincent Mseka on their payroll, he has no managerial s****s nor does he possess any customer relations s****s to be a sales manager. Some staff members even complain about his attitude towards staff.
