Brilliant customer service

<p>We purchased a PVR Decoder combo with Xtraview from the Boksburg store about a month ago. Our DSTV kept on giving communication issues and the installer then picked up that there was a problem with the decoder. We took the decoder back to the store and they replaced it with a brand new one no questions asked. The replaced one also seem to be faulty and took it back again and they apologised and replaced it with yet another one. Although the products were faulty the service that this store gave was impeccable and we would continue purchasing from them as we have in the past. Keep up the great work !!</p>
