Breach Of Contract: DionWired - Our delivery promise is 5 - 10 days

I purchased a portable wireless speaker system from Dionwired on 26/11/17. Despite their delivery promise of 5 to 10 days, I have still not received my goods. I have sent two emails to their Online Shopping Customer Service address at ********** but have still not had a response. I tried calling their help line *** twice and both times I was cut off after holding for up to 5 minutes.
