BOUGHT KAPERSKY, THEY SAID THEY WOULD INSTALL BUT HAVE NOT! USELESS SERVICE

Bought this useless Lonovo laptop from Dion wired Gateway Had to be repaired after three months! Keyboard abnormal, up and down switches where shift should be, making it very difficult to type! Plug for mouse on wrong side so cords all over the place Who on earth designs such faulty devices? I could do better! Bought Kapersky from Dion too and said they would install, but have not! Keep getting this irritating McAffee popping up Have all the proof of payments I will never shop at Dion wired again. Useless products. Cheats and *****!!!
