Black Friday - No communication /delivery
Ordered a PS4 on- line on Black Friday, Its been a week, and there has been no communication as to when we will be getting delivery. When you call the stores, they say they can't help me for on-line orders. Can somebody please help!

04 Dec 2017, 10:19I have received an automated reply, saying my complaint is in hand and a senior member will contact me. Its been 3 days already and nobody has called me.
This is absolutley ridiculous, and when you try to call the call centre, you cannot get through.
Please can somebody from DION on-line call me today.
